Shipping procedure

Standard shipping is FREE for orders over €150 via express courier. The order is processed in 24 hours after receipt of payment for the order placed and delivered in 48 hours throughout Italy except Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia (and smaller islands) which are served in 5 working days.

For orders under 150 € the shipping cost is 7.00 €

At the time of shipment, you will be notified by email and the tracking code of the goods will be attached so that you can constantly track the purchased product.

In the event that the customer is not found on the first pass the courier will attempt a second delivery free of charge, if even on the second pass the goods are not picked up, the cost of storage in the warehouse and redelivery by our courier will be charged to the customer himself who will be forced to settle the payment directly to the courier in order to pick up the goods, so to avoid this happening it is recommended during the purchase to leave a telephone number to be contacted before delivery.

Delivery takes place at the curb.


Procedure upon receipt of goods – Passing of Risk

When we ship a package by courier, there is a possibility that it may arrive at its destination damaged. There may be several reasons for this: The contents may be fragile, the packaging may have failed in transit, an operator may have been careless in handling the package, etc.. What to do to protect against this possibility?

Pursuant toArticle 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/packaging of the Products must be immediately challenged by you by affixing the words “RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR …(indicate reason)” on the delivery document received by the courier.
The wording “RESERVE” allows you to check the goods even at a later time since the courier by law does not allow you to open the package until you have signed.
It is understood that, once you have signed the delivery document without any dispute, you will be precluded from any exception regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

In the event that the carrier has been chosen by you outside of those proposed at the time of purchase, the risk of damage and deterioration of the Products is transferred to you already at the time of delivery to the carrier itself, precluding any dispute regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. In this case, any dispute must be made directly by you against the carrier.
