GOODS CHECK: The receiver is required to check the goods upon arrival:
1. Immediately contesting to the courier any discrepancies in the number and/or integrity of packages, at the same time informing Self International of the incident for possible replacement of damaged items and/or reshipment of the order.
2. Within 8 days from the date of delivery, it must forward any claims of another nature.

RETURNS: Returns must be authorized in writing after observing what is stated in the section “Control of Goods.”
“SATISFACTORY OR REIMBURSEMENT” GUARANTEE: Customers have the right to obtain replacement or refund at their option in case of dissatisfaction, only for products that will be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging.
